Those who were members of the Kimkins site can sign up. There are no fees to the plaintiff and they don’t have to appear in court. Heidi is out on the internet with the potential to scam people out of their money and their health. Heidi Diaz/<a href="http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/populardietplans/a/kimkinsdiet.htm" rel="nofollow">Kimmer</a> does not appear to have a conscious and will not stop defrauding consumers until forced to stop. I hope everybody who could be a member of the class has gone to http://kimkinslawsuit.wordpress.com/2007/11/15/download-the-affidavit-or-declaration-form/ and downloaded the forms so they too can join and be part of the class action suit so Kimmer doesn't get to keep that $2,000,000 she defrauded them out of.
